Artisan Bride is the sister brand to successful alterations business, The Wedding Dress Surgeon.

Founded by cousins Nicola and Tracy, Artisan Bride was born from endless requests to craft new sleeves, bustles, bespoke beading, hoops and support garments, shrugs and stoles and of course, their now famous made-to-order veils.

Co-founder Nicola is a third-generation seamstress and dress designer, having graduated from the London College Of Fashion with a first-class honours degree back in 2005. The pair both have over 25+ years’ experience in the bridal industry and Nicola has studied and completed courses in bridal corsets and beading. She also has a postgraduate certificate in creative pattern cutting.
