Does the kit come with instructions for me to follow?

Yes, every kit will come with a link to written instructions included as well as video instructions available.

You can choose to print off written instructions or follow them on your device.

What if I get stuck making my DIY kit?

We have a great community of like minded makers and we would absolutely love you to share your experiences in our facebook community The Artisan Bride Tribe.  We are active in this community and want nothing more than you to succeed at your bridal makes, so no question is too small, it might help someone else to finish theirs!

I've lost part of my kit or I made a mistake. Can I order individual items?

Absolutely. We totally understand that the creative process does not always go to plan, we have made as many of the individual components available individually should you need them or change direction with your bridal make.

Can I send my own fabrics to be used?

Yes, for bespoke orders we can use your own custom fabric that you send us to make your bridal accessories.   

Your own fabrics can be used for most items however we suggest you make an enquiry first to check suitability of the fabric for your chosen products.

Will using my own fabric delay my order?

Your order will be processed like any other order ONCE we RECEIVE your fabric.  We can not be held responsible for delays in reaching us. We would recommend you use special delivery or a guaranteed service that you can track.

Are your products sustainable?

All our bespoke and DIY kits here at Artisan Bride are handmade using environmentally- friendly packaging/materials. We are looking for new ways everyday to remain sustainable in our approach to business.

Where are your products made?

All our bespoke and DIY products are made in the United Kingdom in our very own workshop.

Our ready to wear collections come from a variety of sources but are ALL UK based companies held in high regard within the bridal industry.

Our printed products are printed in the UK and abroad 

Our digital products can be printed by you at home.

Can you match the lace on my dress for a bespoke veil?

We have a vast range of tulle and laces at our disposal. We are likely to be able to match the tulle readily. Lace and Applique can be made with a very good match however if you are seeking an exact match we may ask you to purchase this from your dress designer and forward to us.

How long will my bespoke item take to arrive?

We will communicate clearly with our estimated deadlines for bespoke products.  We ask that you keep us informed of all dates you may require this product for.  For example please provide us with dress fitting dates, hair trial dates so we can meet these deadlines where possible.  Any delays that we are made aware of from suppliers or the like we will keep you fully informed of.

I've seen something online that I would like you to copy. Can you do this?

No, we are not in the market for copying pre-existing designs from other designers.  We are happy for you to take inspiration from many sources but an identical copy will not be made.  We will work with you from our bank of extensive experience and design flair to create something unique to you.  This is after all what a bespoke product is all about.

When should I expect my delivery to arrive?

You should expect to wait a working week before your package is dispatched.

When we dispatch your item, we will use first class delivery or Special delivery.

DIY Kits need to be prepared to size and your specifications and we want this to arrive perfect and ready to make.

Ready to Wear.  Whilst every effort is made to carry stock of our popular items if we need to obtain this we will update you of any delays. In our sustainability effort over stocking is something we try hard NOT to do.

Bespoke items operate differently with regard to despatch times and you will be kept fully informed of the progress on your bespoke order.

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home to receive our delivery. One of the great things about our packaging is that it is letterbox sized wherever possible,  therefore can be posted straight through your door.

As we currently use Royal mail to deliver products if you are not in and did not receive a delivery card please contact us for a tracking number.
